Photo-etching technology allows the fabrication of precision metallic parts having complex shapes, made of galvanized and stainless steel, alpaca (German Silver), beryllium copper, phosphorous bronze, aluminium, etc., from 0.05 to 1.00 mm thickness range. These technology’s main advantages are the low tool costs, also against extremely complex configurations, combined with the shortest Lead Times. We also make pieces having writings, trade marks or half-etched lines for identifying purposes or in order to facilitate the folding on one side. The relevant application fields are practically endless because we have been dealing with light precision mechanics that can also be supplied folded, galvanic and/or painting finished.
